IT TAKES 12 WEEKS FOR TRANSFORMATION TO TAKE PLACE THEREFORE THE MORE COMMITTED THE MORE RESULTS YOU WILL SEE'
15 min consultation to analyse your goals and aspirations followed by 30 minute Personal Training session
This programme will include
- x 4 (1 hour fitness session)
-Posture assessment
-Body measurements including BMI
- A programme once you have completed all 12 weeks.
- Includes Reformer Pilates and Pilates
- Exercise equipment will be provided.
This programme will include
- Train at Wells Leisure Centre (You don't need to be a member)
-Group posture assessment
-Group weekly nutrition advice
-Group weekly focus
- Group weekly motivation.
- Group Transformational images
- Exercise equipment will be provided
